“As a member of the elite Ghost Recon,” says the recent fact sheet, “you are among the few who possess the power, the adaptability, and the cognitive fortitude of the future soldier.”  According to JeuxVideo, though, you’re also doing all this powering and adapting whilst waving your arms around, because unless the translation is wonky, Future Soldier is a Natal game.

“Specialized in every area of combat, equipped for survival, and trained in absolute discretion, you are entrusted with the missions no other soldier can handle.”  Ah, it all makes sense now.  No other soldier can handle pretending to hold a gun whilst standing in front of their TV.  Seriously, how on earth would a FPS work with Natal?  Enter the minigame, then, to save the day.

“According to our sources,” says JeuxVideo, “the upcoming Ghost Recon: Future Soldier would be compatible with the device.  A special game mode would therefore benefit from the recognition of movements, the aim being to keep the joystick in one hand and interact with the interface with your other. It’s possible to give orders through different types of movements directed by the wrist.”

Ah, there’s a joke there somewhere.
