25Wow! EA sure do know how to put on a presentation, hot on the heels of Need For Speed and Medal Of Honour comes Crysis 2. As we all know the game is looking absolutely gorgeous, which is just as you’d expect after Crytek have developed the CryENGINE 3 to get the best out of each consoles’ strengths.
Here we have two pieces of footage, the first being some brand new gameplay where you take on The Pinger which was handily teased by EA just before E3.
Following that was the first 3D trailer. Obviously there isn’t a way to view 3D footage over the Internet on your (most likely) 2D screen but, what the hell, lets have a look anyway.

I thought the audio was terrifying – in a good way. That pinger was a tough cookie. My live feed was SD and a bit jumpy so i need to see it again, proper smooth HD like though, especially as it’s big brag is it’s graphics engine.

im never impressed by FPS’s…but wow! looks like another reason to get the credit card out of a 3D TV

Bulletstorm looked graphically impressive but I thought was a bit of a clusterfuck, and annoying bloke narrating every kill (hope you can turn that off) and this looks OKish but I wonder if it will lack ‘soul’ in the same way the first one did

Less impressed with this gameplay video. It’s starting to look like it’s lacking the same ‘something’ that meant the original wasn’t actually that [i]fun[/i] to play :/
