Move’s Starter Pack Demo Disk Listing Revealed

Sony has revealed the list of games that’ll appear on the Demo Disk that comes bundled with the Starter Pack when you pick up your Move when it launches later in the year.

In addition to a PlayTV style “setting up PlayStation Move” video, eager day-one gamers will be able to sample the following titles:

  • Sports Champions
  • Start the Party!
  • The Shoot
  • EyePet Move
  • TV Superstars
  • Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11

And the following PSN titles:

  • echochrome ii
  • Tumble
  • Beat Sketchers

Quite a demo disk, we’re sure you’ll agree.  The Move Starter Pack will cost £49.99, and comes with one Move controller and a PlayStation Eye.  Further Move controllers are £34.99, with the sub-controller rolling in at £24.99.

We’ll have much more on PlayStation Move very soon…

  1. cool, that sounds alright actually. thinking of picking it up now.

  2. Wow, that’s awesome. A big majority of the launch titles right there on the disk. Hopefully all of the demos will be available on PSN for those not picking up the bundle (I’ve already got the PS Eye for example).

  3. That looks great. Is there any word on if you get this disk with just the controller? I already have an Eye

    • Yes i would like to know that as well.

    • I have a feeling they wouldn’t do a bundle that doesn’t include the eye since its essential for the move to work. If the navcon was an essential item then maybe they would of done a bundle with that and the disc. In any case you could always try selling the eye and re-buy it along with the new bundle or something.

  4. Good bunch of demos, hopefully they appear on the store for those who already have the Eye

    • That does sound good.I was just thinking about trading my my PS3Eye for the bundle but you’re right they’ll probably be on the store.

    • i hope so too, i wouldnt like to be punished for already owning an eye

      • We’ve already been punished enough by having to dust it for the last 3 years

      • Lol – So true!
I think that the only game that i have played that actually integrated it anywhere near ‘sensibly’ was burnout!

    • I was worried about this as well, I got an Eye for cheap in preparation for Move!

    • Yeah, hoping the same, got my Eye already.

  5. Some nice demos there. Got all my stuff on pre-order at ShopTo. Considerably cheaper than other stores.

  6. Looking forward to it….

  7. That seems like a fair price. I’ll definitely be picking this up.

  8. Great! put them all on psn and with plus membership I can download those all while at work!. haven’t got that pack as I already have the camera that Sony said they would be supporting a while back!! At least now they ARE!! :D

  9. I wish they made an alternate version of the starter pack that consisted of a Move controller plus a Nav controller, leaving out the PS Eye, as I already have one of those.

  10. What did/do you use for ps eye for now? I haven’t used mine since burnout years ago. It would be good to get a bit more use out of it.

    • I bought mine for the 4 or 5 games that came out initially, plus the now broken PROMISE by Sony that about 6 more were in development… I also took a photo of Jack Bauer for my Burnout licence

but now I use it to keep a 2″sq area of the top of my TV dust free

    • Voice chat mainly. It is horrendously underused in terms of the camera though, so it is good that they are now starting to consider what it could be used for.
