Happy new year one and all, it’s time to see what happened to the UK charts whilst we were off eating mince pies then trying to beat Nofi’s high score in Dance Central (or was that just me?).
After weeks of waiting patiently, FIFA 11 has finally made a move and kicked Black Ops off the top spot. You can spy the Christmas presents as well, as Dance Central and Kinect Sports move up after turbulent few weeks. GT5 is still sitting pretty, rather much like an Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione (in red).
Fable III makes a huge leap up to number 15, whilst Michael Jackson: The Experience falls drastically. We expect the next chart update to be full of fitness titles as everyone feels the post Christmas shame.

Agreed. Its just a shame that it (more than likely) had to have such a big price chop in order to shift units :( The game has only been out for a short while and is much better than other next-gen racers

I bet Fallout: New Vegas jumps in to the top ten as NYE sales mean you can get it for about £16 now.

Kinect must have been in a few peoples pile of presents, if the following week 2 of its games appeared high in the chart.
Medal Of Honor has hung around quite well, I can see with some more development time they could really make inroads into CoDs dominance.

I found MoH to be a lot of fun for the first day or so but then the niggling problems I had with it initially became really frustrating and I soon became bored and traded it in. I agree though, if they resolve the terrible level designs and spawn camping issues in the next release we may have a competant shooter on our hands :)

I prefer MOH multiplayer to blackops. Thoroughly enjoyed both campaigns. Enjoyd MOH’s tension. especially when your holed up fighting the whole of afghanistan. And the sound was just immense. Cant wait for the next one. Wish i hadnt bothered with MOH frontline though……;)

I cannot stand Black Ops’ online component but I much preferred the single player campaign when compared to MoH’s. Each to their own though :)

Absolutely love MoH. I just find Blops a more all rounder with the extras you get. Not even bothered with either online though so dont have much base to judge with.

“Alfa Romeo 8C Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione” That sounds like an error to me.

fifa 11, thats a bit random, big price drops, hot pursuit has also dropped in price a lot, ive only played one race on it so far so cant really comment if its good,
and i still like to see MoH nearly in the top 10 as i think its well up to the standards of CoD and i prefer it to Black Ops
ive got my bro to get me Fallout New Vegas today so duno what its gonna be like :/

Anyone find it weird that Halo didn’t stay in the charts that long?

RDR Undead is hanging in quite well seems as it’s only DLC, great DLC, but still.

not trying to be offensive but isn’t 1 shooter enough ? there are just as many great games out there you should be supporting not some CoD clone.
