inFamous 2 is no doubt one of the strongest looking games of 2011 and every time footage like this comes around, it makes me even more convinced that this will be one of the best games we’ll see before the end of the calender year. The following videos were posted over the US PlayStation Blog recently and they’re quite a sight. The first revolves around a couple of the massive bosses you’ll be going up against when the game hits shelves, while the second focuses on user-generated content and some of the cool things you’ll be able to do with the level creator. It’s rare a game continues to impress me with each new titbit of information but inFamous really is doing that. Add to this that the first game was a genuinely solid outing and Sucker Punch really have pulled all of the stops out. I still can’t get over the graphical overhaul. Every fight scene seems to be throwing the world around with such ease. Cole’s powers look superb and a couple of those boss guys were huge!
This might well get some day one love from me and I’m very happy to wait things out when it comes to buying titles just as they release.
