The UK Charts are in, and it seems that everyone has gone Duke crazy as it takes the top spot. In typical Duke style it hasn’t been an easy ride, and the game hasn’t gone down particularly well with the press.
L.A Noire still hangs on to a high place, with inFAMOUS 2 charting down in fourth. Did any of you take the plunge with Duke or Cole this weekend?

I still need to pick up inFamous 2 but I need to go back and platinum the first one. It will only of taken me about two years to get it.

You should – That last blast shard is sooo satisfying when you find it! :)

Good to see LA Noire doing well and Portal 2. As for DNF, well, lets just say there’s been worse.

Zumba fitness is unstoppable! Still can’t believe Fifa is selling so well still. The season’s over!

I’m sick of hearing about Zumba, it seems to be everywhere.

Some interesting X360/PS3 splits, according to EG.
Duke Nukem Forever 56%/30%/14% for 360, PS3 & PC excluding digital
Red Faction Armageddon 70%/26%/4%
Shem the better game only just made the top 10, whereas the Duke living off past glories & hype shot to the top of the charts

SONYZ PWNS ALL!
Or something like that, I don’t really know as I’m too old for Internet vernacular.

I think a lot of people lost hope in RF when they went from FPS to 3rd person. I know some prefer 3rd person and I can understand with the number of FPS’s around why they’d do it, but Gorilla was disappointing for RF fans like myself.

I think a lot of people should pull their head out of their ass and get over the fact that the camera perspective changed. It’s not like they did a proper sequel to the old games and made it a 3rd person shooter. It’s almost a completely different franchise with some core elements of destruction that carried over. It’s a great game that can stand on it’s own without the old FPS Red Factions.

I have never heared of that Red Faction will arrive tomorrow for my PS3 but like with Guerilla I will end up buying the PC version somewhere down the line when it gets a price cut on Steam just for the old times! :D

I so want infamous 2, but i cant justify spending £40 on a game anymore :( damm bills and food being a necisity to exist.
Though I will rent Duke or buy when goes down in price, and saving currently for AC: revelations, uncharted 3 and resistance 3 :)

Been playing some older games this week (Gears2, Perfect Dark Zero, Halo Reach, Bad Company2) while I keep my money aside for Ocarina this Friday and Resi Mercs in a couple of weeks :D

Ended up with inFamous 2 and managed to get Yakuza 4 for about £12. Bargain. Been unwell though so neither disc has made it out of the their boxes yet.
