I wasn’t on this week’s podcast again. I was supposed to be back but I got a cold and spent the evening sniffing, blowing my nose and generally feeling sorry for myself. Luckily, Dan stepped in as a late replacement. I have a feeling I won’t be quite so pleased about that when I finally hear what he said about my beloved Star Wars…
I’m reliably informed (well, Kris told me) that they talked about Duke Nukem and Child of Eden: two games that couldn’t be more different if one was an unimaginative trundle through the worst elements of fps design from two different eras and the other was a crazy light show with a pumping soundtrack. Oh, look at that…
They also discuss True Grit, X-Men: First Class and Green Lantern but I can’t be sure if they’re talking movies, comics of games because I wasn’t there. I guess we’ll find out together. Now, let’s all cross our fingers and hope Lewis behaved himself this week…

And lo, as I start listening to episode 23, 24 is released. My problem is that I listen to it on the way to work, but it only takes me 20 minutes to walk to work, so I get through roughly 1 hr 40 mins in a week, and the ‘casts are occasionally longer.
