In a quote from the awesome Mortal Kombat film (which our very own Lewis LOVES), we all must “face our enemy” at some point. This is the focus of the latest Resistance 3 dev diary, which takes a look at the rather lovely Chimera.

The second one was horrendous (in my personal opinion, of course) but this is looking to be more on par with the pretty decent first offering.
I will have to play a demo or something before I decide either way.
I think many people are feeling stung from the last one. Insomniac listed all the things they had addressed and it truly appears they listened to the community. Hopefully that’ll be transparently obvious when R3 releases. I thoroughly enjoyed FoM and am really looking forward to the latest offering just with that slight niggle like so many others.
I wasn’t too sure to begin with but the more I see of this game the more I think I need to get it. Looking forwards to the return of co-op campaign as well
the Hybrids are becoming more better… that’s bad. i thought that they would just get better; but if they’re getting more better… this will be an unstoppable foe
i must admit that i did enjoy the single player of resistance 2 (of course 1 as well) but the multi player was shocking on 2. However, really like the look of this, brilliant concepts and art work on the chimera

very cool. I liked Resistance, didn’t get on well with no.2 but this next one looks really good.

This looks amazing. Can’t wait for this game to come out.
I actually liked R2 but this is definitely a step up.

I’m not convinced yet , hopefully it’ll play/feel more like the first but i’m a bit wary after R2.

Lovely seeing the effort that goes into something like this. Ignoring all the environments, plot, sound, etc, it’s still phenomenal.
