I could most likely cut and paste the chart from last week and I’m not too sure anyone would notice. Zumba Fitness tops the chart yet again.

Wimbledon has meant that sales of tennis games have gone through the retractable roof, and the only new entries into the Top 40, Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D and THQ’s UFC Personal Trainer, charted at No.21 and No.22.

    Who buys this Zumba crap?

    • The same people who buy gym membership in January and stop going in February.

    • lol, I did tell my wife this weekend that if she bought that Zumba game I would leave her. Grinds my gears that a game that isnt really a game is top of the charts while actual game developers are struggling to make sales

      • That’s exactly what I told my wife too. Until I realised she would be using her money and not mine. At which point I just hid all the controllers. ;-)

        Some people (inc. my fiancee) seem to have forgot that they can go actually go outside in the sunshine and fresh air to get fit…FOR FREE!

  4. Seems like all the games I like the look of at the moment aren’t doing too well :( Hunted, Dungeon Siege3, Alice and Shadows of the Damned. All 4 have seen quite a big price drop this weekend on Game.co.uk, etc so hopefully this improves things.

    • I am really enjoying Alice and Dungeon Siege 3.
      I am really not enjoying the fact I paid full price for Alice and GAME half-priced it 3 days later however…

  7. WTF? how is Zumba still up there? We should kill it and burn down it’s house. Mob Assemble!

    DNF is doing well despite being an average game. RF:A seems to be struggling to sell and from what i heard DS3 seems to be rubbish. How did Wii sports resort creep back up on to the chart? i thought every causal gamer have owned a copy by now?O-o

    • I don’t know mate, I really don’t know. Problem is though, it’s summer, and the lack of any heavy hitting releases is apparent.

      • The fact that its summer is what is confusing me. Would people rather be stuck indoors looking a knob that outside enjoying britians very rare sunshine.

      • It’s the holidays, people will be gone from their homes on holidays, doing hobbies they normally get around to and probably aren’t that bothered on what’s released right now.

  9. WOW Transformers having a good start. Not any big hitters to really challenge Zumba Fitness. I say that we all take Stevens approach to getting rid of it.
