Mortal Kombat II Kostumes For Jade And Kitana Revealed

Blueberry and lime.

NetherRealm Studios has released a new trailer for MK9 showing off the next pair of free DLC. The latest kostumes, code named “blueberry and lime,” are for Kitana and Jade based on their design from Mortal Kombat II. They pull off the retro look quite well.

As with the last two DLC packs, these costumes are free of charge. You can get them by either downloading the latest MK compatibility pack or by purchasing Rain. The DLC will be available on July 19th.

I’ve go to say I’m very impressed at the free costumes NetherRealm have been giving out recently. They seem genuinely dedicated to the Mortal Kombat brand.

Look awesome, but slightly disappointed as they both already have classic outfits, wanted to see classics for maybe Sonya and Sindel, or others. Still, free is free!

Bit disappointing to pick a pair that already have classic costumes in my opinion!

Very disappointing indeed! So many fighters that could use an extra costume instead we get two we already have 3 costumes for.

The costumes they already wear are awesome. Why anyone would want to put them in their classic skins is beyond me.

Glad to hear the game is still being heavily supported. As soon as the kollectors edition is back in stock on game.co.uk I will get this and the online pass to unlock all the dlc :D
