According to the latest FIFA 12 podcast, gamers can expect a console patch in the next two to three weeks. Apparently it will implement “big corrections”. A fix is also planned for FIFA Ultimate Team, and for some issues in the PC version of the game.
“Things are different with FIFA 12. The first patch for the console is going to be coming out within days, like maybe 14 or 21 of them. Two or three weeks from now the first patch will happen and that’s going to make big corrections to some of the things that are bothering people the most.
We’re going to be doing this constantly, with our thumbs in the middle of the community trying to get people to tell us what they think, and then we’ll be acting on it for the rest of the season.
That’s a commitment we’re definitely making. It would be nice if people came and talked to us about the things that are bothering them, because we are going to be listening.”

The thing that needs to be patched is the 2v2 room in the lobby, sick of going right through to kick off to be told that our squad files is different to the opposition, this must be fixed

Exactly, its to prevent cheating/exploits being used in matches, which is fair enough! Maybe its something to do with being in different countries

Ugh what about the pc… I find the menus and Career Mode calender quicker on that.. but I don’t know… it’ll be nice if part of the impact engine was fixed, there can be some unreal impacts but I’m sure thats rare right?…

Anyone have issues seeing live season squad stats. It doesnt show anymore on player select screen in local mutliplayer so cant tell if a player is on form or not, very annoying
