Sony Europe’s Halloween sale kicks off tomorrow, and brings a set of discounts to a variety of (mostly non-scary) downloadable goodies. Headlining is Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, from from £30 to £22 (with a further 50% off for Plus subscribers) and, er, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas 2, now under a tenner.

The Splinter Cell Complete Pack is also on sale for £20, and Ubisoft’s The Expendables 2 is ten Euro, assuming you’re in Germany.

There’s a few others: I Am Alive for £7.99 and Beyond Good and Evil HD for less than a fiver are both well worth checking out, and zombie fans can pick up Zombie Apocalypse: Never Die Alone, Burn Zombie Burn! and All Zombies Must Die along with Techland’s Dead Island, the latter of which is in Game of the Year form for just £12.

The rest is mainly DLC, with the Vita’s sale limited to just some Street Fighter clothes. Shame.

The sale runs until the 7th of November. Full details here.

I can’t believe just how bad the Vita sale is. DLC for an unreleased game. They really don’t care at all do they.

Dead Island for £12 is a downright bargain people!

Can’t say there is too much else there that really dips my hobnobs, but I Am Alive & Beyond Good & Evil might be worth a lookie see. Maybe.

I actually played it by myself most of the time & it was engaging enough.

Co-op players add an extra element of course (& i did do some co-op), but i was perfectly happy caving zombie heads in on my own. :)

Oh and the picture they show on the blog has two games that aren’t even in the sale. Amy and Dead Rising 2. I think it’s from the US sale and they just copied it. Idiots

Where I live we don’t have Halloween, so I guess no cheap sale for me then.

Aww thought there might be some Vita love for my TSA win. This sums up why I have stuck with PS3 only and didn’t buy a Vita!

Dead Rising 2: Off the record and Amy added to the sale. The price for Dead Rising 2: Off the record for plus customers is brilliant and it’s worth the money, fun game.
