Pre-Order Thieves In Time For £20 On PSN

Gamers who pre-order the latest Sly Cooper title will be able to grab it via PSN at a reduced price of £19.99. This offer is available exclusively via Sony’s online store-front with retail rivals such as GAME, Amazon, and ShopTo currently taking pre-orders for roughly £30.

The game is slated to launch at the end of this month. Those who buy it brand-new or through PSN will also unlock the PlayStation Vita version and the “Skins Pack” DLC at no additional cost. Using the game’s innovative “Cross-Play” feature, users can seamlessly transfer save data between their portable device and home console.

Thieves in Time, also referred to as “Sly 4” launched last month in the United States to generally positive reviews. Read our preview here.

  1. Wow that’s a great offer! £20 for PS3 and Vita version and a bit of DLC, tempting

  2. £20…sold! Just waiting for an EU Vita price cut now.

  3. As i am currently playing the Sly Trilogy after picking it up for a dirt cheap price (& enjoying it much more than i thought i would), I may even go for this myself!

    • Did you pick it from HMV by any chance, picked it up on the weekend there cheap since they closing down

      • Nope – It was £7.99 on the PS store sometime last week i think. Not sure if a price reduction or time limited special offer though (& cannot onfirm now, as i have downloaded it, so it won’t tell me the price).

I did mention it on here somewhere (maybe cheap deals & games thread in the forum), as at that time, you could get the trilogy for exactly the same price as one of the games! :O

  4. Any idea how big the files will be to download?slow internet speed doesnt make downloading big files easy, for that reason had to give the trilogy a miss!for this price id be tempted though!

Other option is buy PS3 retail version, take the code for vita one then trade in,done same with ps allstars, costing me only £5 for vita version!!!

  5. I’d rather have a physical copy.

  6. Sony have pulled out some amazing offers since the 12 days sale, their pricing is becoming noticably reasonable too, that’s a great strategy to bolster customer loyalty before a new console gets launched. Long may it continue!

    • While I agree ‘bolstering customer loyalty’ and reasonably priced downloads is faboo, I’m not so sure where the loyalty stands if PS4 can’t play PS3 digital downloads but I know nothing is concrete at this stage so I will, as they say, watch this space!

  7. Do you have to pay full price to pre order on psn?

    • No you pay £20? Haha.

Or do you mean pay in advance? In that case the money is taken from your account a couple of days before release.

      • Yeh meant in advance lol, cheers

  8. Brilliant :)

  9. Bargain, pre-ordered just now.

  10. Bargain! Shame I will need to get the disk version as I won’t have room on my 12GB PS3 for PSN downloads. Granted I will probably upgrade it at some point using one of my spare HDDs but I’d rather not do that for now.
