Thomas Was Alone Sells Over 700,000 Copies

We have a lot of love for Thomas Was Alone at TSA. The game’s creator, Mike Bithell, recently revealed that Thomas Was Alone has sold over 700,000 copies across PC, Linux, Mac, PlayStation 3 and PS Vita systems, and that’s not including PlayStation Plus giveaways.

Originally released as a flash browser game, Thomas Was Alone has evolved into one of the biggest indie hits in recent years. Gamoc only recently looked back at the game for the Indie Focus feature. If you haven’t already played Thomas Was Alone then I can’t recommend the game enough.

Hoping to emulate the success of Thomas Was Alone  is Bithell’s new project, Volume, which was announced last week.

  1. I absolutely loved this game – could not put it down until I’d finished it. I got it in the PS+ rotation but ended up buying it on Steam as well

  2. This guy must be swimming in some dough after that.
