Techland has confirmed that it will be releasing Dying Light’s The Following expansion in Q1 2016, and it will be priced $14.99 though season pass holders will have no extra cost to receive it. The Following will change the pace of Dying Light by taking players from the city to the more open countryside, and will include a new story too. The Following will also feature a customisable all terrain dirt buggy.
The plot of this expansion explores a cult called The Following that worships the Sun God, and there are rumours this group has some kind of immunity to the zombie virus. Whether this rumour is true will from the central storyline.
