Arc’s Nunchuck “Confirmed”

We’ve sent out a few emails to see if we can get some photographic confirmation of this, but over on NeoGAF one member claims to have seen the ‘nunchuck‘ portion for himself.  Clearly, the Motion Controllers (and whatever they come with) are now in the hands of developers (something we can testify to) and although we’ve not seen the nunchuck attachment yet, this description is pretty vivid:

“Nunchuck has an analog stick at the front,” says ichinisan. “Below that X and O and below that a d-pad. Underneath is L1 and L2. Its actually long, not like the Wii Nunchuk.”  He then goes on to confirm what we’ve seen about the wand itself.  “It has one very big button on top and then all four facebuttons (X,O,Square and Triangle) and underneath is a big trigger called T.”

Ichinisan alludes to the reason for X and O being on both devices is to “keep full compatibility with single Wand set-ups,” something we’d agree with in principle.
