TC’s Massive Poll Results: Week 5

Hello my darlings, I’m Dale Winton* and welcome to the Massive Poll Results Show! Coming up later the National Lottery Draw with Mylenne Klass* but first let’s start working our way up TC’s Massive Poll. You may recall we asked you to ‘Name That Motion Controller’ as the rumoured and oft used title for the PS3 motion controller ‘Arc’ was rubbished by the OPSM Podcast. Once again you voted in your hundreds but in this special edition poll you could also suggest your own, new name for the motion controller. Here are my Top Ten Poll picks!

10 – ‘The Playstation Hand’ – Cunning! We have the PS Eye so why not the PS Hand? 

9 – ‘The Playstation 3 Motion Controller’ – Suggested with someone with no imagination.

8 – ‘The W.A.G.’ – Creativel wordplay with the combination of  the previously rumoured names for the controller, Wand/Arc/Gem, to give us “The Wag”.

7 – ‘The take that Wii, you’re not the only console with a motion controller anymore’ – I’m guessing however suggested this is a bit of a fan boy.

6 – ‘The Dildomote’ – Many of you commenting on the rather suggestive nature of the device, perhaps hoping Sony will include a vibrate function before release.

5 – ‘The Chuck Norris’ – Poor Chuck, for once his super awesomeness cannot make him the winner. A good choice if Sony fancy some celebrity endorsement, Chuck could show off some motion controlled fighting games. It’s either him or Chris Brown and Rihanna.

4- ‘The Sony Boner’ – Neat word play with this suggestion, try saying it – Sony Boner. It sounds good when you say it.

3 – ‘The PSyke (watch us wreck the mic)’ – A clever combination of Sony’s love of misspelling words and PJ & Duncan. Superb.

2 – ‘The Leap Year Stick’ – A topical entry, perhaps Sony could make the ball on the end of the controller flash madly every February 28th to remind you wont be able to use your PS3 the next day. 

1 – ‘The Super Dynamic Life Force Magik Motion Dildo! Go!’ – Proudly combing sex toy sauciness with some good old fashioned Japanese excitability. A worthy title for the controller.

Now we move on to the Poll results. Ignoring those who selected their own name for the controller, Arc is the clear winner which is a bit of a shame as it’s almost certainly not going to be called that.

The second most popular vote is for the Playstation Wang which suprises me – most of you break in to a cold sweat when clicking on TC’s Massive Poll yet you would happily wave your Wang about in front of the Vicar when he pops round for a quick game of Buzz?
