Sony has confirmed that ModNation Racers will get a demo next week. The demo, which has so far only been confirmed for the US PSN Store (but will be free, of course) will include a single player race (against the AI) on one track and 4 player offline split screen multiplayer.
The demo will also feature an introduction to the Create aspect of the game, with the ability to customise your own Mod and Kart with a “fraction of the accessories from the full game”. Thankfully, the game’s fantastic level creation will also feature with a sampling of MNR’s best feature.
Anything you create in the demo can be uploaded to the full game when it releases a couple of days later.
Regular readers will know that the load times are getting patched together soon enough, which was one of the very few issues we had with the full game, the review of which you can read here. ModNation Racers releases next Friday, and we’ll be running all kinds of tournaments on the game here on TSA.
