PlayStation 3s, PSPs, PSEyes, DualShocks and PlayStation Move controllers filling the massive screens meant just one thing – Sony’s turn.
The crowd seemed a lot more enthusiastic and this was highlighted by cheers and shouts as Jack Tretton took to the stage. He started things off with a run down of how the PS3 and Sony are getting into their stride and didn’t take long to get down to business. First up…3D.
Kazuo Hirai took to the stage to talk about Sony’s massive push into 3D gaming by making the bold statement – “Undisputed leader in 3D gaming”. What better title to back this up with than Killzone 3? Guerilla Games’ Herman Hulst took to the stage to demo Killzone 3 in 3D. The Killzone 3 demo kicked off with two sections from the game’s 4th level set in Helghan’s Arctic North. The header at the top of the screen read “Pre-Alpha Footage”. If the footage seen was indeed pre-alpha then the PlayStation is about to get a new poster child. The crowd were certainly entertained by what they had just seen and as the footage ended Herman revealed that KZ3 will be released February, 2011, and that it would feature the full capabilities of PlayStation Move.
Joining KZ3 in 3d will be GT5, Tron Legacy, NBA2K11, Mortal Combat and Eyepet to name a few. Proceedings moved swiftly on…to Move.
Recapping over facts that we already know about, the spotlight was given to Workshop and a brand new Move title called Sorcery. As you can tell by the name, it was full of magic, potions and wands, all controlled acurately by Sony’s motion peripheral. The game featured ice, fire, whirlwinds and shapeshifting boys. The demonstration also showed how the Move’s ball can change colour to compliment what’s happening in-game. Up next was Tiger Woods Golf as demoed by EA Sports’ Andrew Wilson. He played a few shots on stage and described some of the realistic aspects involved. This particular game did highlight some lag.
Sony then introduced Heroes on the Move. Featuring Ratchet, Jak, Sly, Clank, Dexter and Bentley, Heroes on the Move looked fun, family friendly and perfect for Move.
The hardware was then revealed for release on September 15th for Europe, 19th for US and October 21st for Japan. One controller will cost $49.99, a controller + PSEye + Sports Champions will cost $99.99 and a PS3 Slim + Move + PSEye + Sports Champions will cost $399.99.
Tretton’s next piece of information was regarding a deal with Coca-Cola before being interrupted by the one and only Kevin Butler. The crowd were definitely in approval of Butler’s appearance. Providing an entertaining and funny 10 minutes, Butler spoke passionately about gaming and PlayStation Move:
Remeber: A Move gamer is a true gamer
15-20 Move titles at launch, costing $29.99 each, including R.U.S.E, KZ3, Eyepet, Echchrome 2, Toy Story 3 and Tiger Woods Golf. Heavy Rain and Resident Evil 5 will also recieve a software update which will see them include Move functionality.
Sony’s next piece of business was the PSP. Despite many rumours, there was no sign of a new PSP. Sony introduced us to Marcus, instead. A cocky, confident little Boy, Marcus will be appealling directly to the younger audience with entertaining ads of the same ilk as Butler’s.
Then came LittleBigPlanet 2. With Media Molecule’s Alex Evans taking center stage, the game showed off its unique and innovative features which will alow us to create a multitude of minigames. The newest footage introduced the ‘Creatornater’ – a hat containing an emitter, allowing you to shoot anything you wish it to…from your head. They even described how an RTS had been created in 24 hours, from scratch, by someone unfamiliar with the new features.
Then came the highly expected PSN+, or PlayStation Plus as it’s now officially known. Nothing will change with the free service that every PS3 owner gets at present but for $49.99 a year, you’ll get access to “hundreds of dollars worth of content” as well as the opportunity to download demos earlier than others, exclusive access to betas, discounted store prices, DLC and automatic downloads. You’ll own all these extra features for the duration of your subscription.
With that out of the way Sony moved on to exclusives, or exclusive content, at least.
More partners are wanting a deeper relationship with Sony.
Cue EA. John Chapper appeared to explain that 2 new titles from EA will be shipping with PS3 exclusive content. Those titles are Medal of Honor and Dead Space 2. Medal of Honor will feature an exclusive playable character called Deuce as well as having an exclusive Ltd edition of the game releasing on October 12th with a revamped version of Medal of Honor: Frontline included. Dead Space 2 will see a special edition exclusively for PS3 which will include the game and Dead Space: Extraction with Move support.
Tretton said “Exclusive is my new favourite word,” but no one was expecting the next appearance. Enter Valve, represented by Gabe Newell. Cap in hand, Gabe stated that he hadn’t been particularly nice toward consoles lately and yet here he was announcing Portal 2. Not content with announcing Portal 2, Gabe said that this will introduce Steam on to the PS3 and that Sony’s console will be home to “the best version” of the game.
Next came a teaser for FFXIV. Then news that Mafia II will have day one, PS3 exclusive content. Then news that Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood will have PS3 exclusive missions and that the MP beta would be exclusively for PS3 users. That ‘E’ word was definitely popular there for 10 minutes. With Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood MP footage done, Sony moved on to Gran Turismo 5.
As nice as the trailer was, revealling the Top Gear test track and The Stig, everyone watching was keeping an eye on the end for one thing and one thing only. They weren’t disappointed as Sony finally dated the highly anticipated and much delayed racing game for November 2nd, 2010. 3D and 2D on one Blu-Ray, too.
Things didn’t stop there with inFamous 2 being revealed next. Looking better and featuring new ‘powers’, Sucker Punch’s sequel seemed a popular announcement. Although not as popular as the next announcement.
As footage played of two cab drivers discussing car combat games, everyone knew what was about to hit. Twisted Metal. A Sweet Tooth lookalike took to the stage in an ice cream truck whilst David Jaffe, the man who had constantly denied he was involved in a new Twisted Metal game, took center stage to demo the game. He showed off a new mode called ‘Nuke’ and explained that the PS3 exclusive will feature 16 player online multiplayer and 2 & 4 player split screen. The footage itself was a little uninspiring but it still has a way to go before it’s released in 2011.
And that was the end of Sony’s 2010 E3 conference. Busy and hectic with Valve’s appearance being the most unexpected. Noticeable absences: Agent, Starhawk and The Last Guardian.
Jas-n
You accidentally put £399.99 instead of $ :)
cc_star
I really liked Sony’s E3 conference.
Again though, much like Microsoft’s Gears3, Halo: Reach, CoD Black Ops & Fable 3 etc… we new about the games in advance (Killzone 3, Medal Of Honour, Dead Space 2, inFAMOUS 2 etc…)
It was nice to see Jaffe & Twisted Metal, but I’d have loved it a fraction more if was Dylan Jobe presenting the Warhawk sequel
The Portal 2 announcement was surprising, as was the cosiness to EA, although I’d swap ALL of the extra playable character nonsense for the EA/Crytek 360 exclusive Codename: Kingdoms which even in a teaser looks amazing, and with Crytek behind it could give Kratos a run for his money (if its a similar game, which it looks to be at the moment)
I just don’t get Move at all, seems very expensive to get fully equipped and whilst it has obvious (way) extra accuracy… that’s kinda missing the point of fun, social gaming.
Kevin Butler stole Sony’s show, and raised it up to the level of Nintendo’s but on purely a games basis, hmmm not so sure.
Andrew Wright
U really do seem very hard to please…
I mean saying ‘obvious (way) extra accuracy… that’s kinda missing the point of fun, social gaming.’ Is just stupid, you would complain if it was inaccurate and u complain when it is accurate.
But i agree about it getting very expensive when fully equipped.
cc_star
I’m not complaining its accurate, I’m just saying thats not the most important consideration for the kind of social interaction which has forced Sony to launch it in the first place.
What I’m saying is I just don’t get the Sony fans fuss over it (I personally don’t get it, especially at the fully equipped price)
jimmy-google
The difference is Kinect and the Wii really only cover collections of mini-games. Move on the other hand will have games like Killzone 3, LBP2, Heavy Rain, Sly Collection and SOCOM 4 (many of which will use 3D as well). The ps3 is looking like the only console to offer motion gaming for the “hardcore” gamers.
It’s another tick in the “ps3 does everything” box for Sony as well. The ps3 is still a high end product which costs a lot more than a wii. What it means for Sony is that you won’t pick a wii over the ps3 because of features, just price. If price is the issue you wouldn’t be buying a ps3 to start with.
cc_star
99% of hardcore gamers aren’t going to stand there in their living room by themselves, carrying out massive sweeping motions to throw a grenade when you can just sit on the sofa and move a finger millimetres to do the same thing, importantly in a fraction of the time. In ‘hardcore’ games time is critical, a fraction of a second is an eternity when faced with a load of jetpack wearing Helghast.
They’re not going to be wondering around third person worlds hacking and slashing like a madman, again the sofa beckons and a finger movement of millimetres is impossibly quicker in a game where lightening fast reactions are critical, which is nearly all ‘hardcore’ games.
Why walk across the play area in front of the camera, and do a big sweeping motion when you can move an analogue stick and press a button?
The Wii has proved this, people just don’t buy those games and if they do, they don’t play them and they always, always go back to the fun social stuff, which is where motion belongs
This fictional motion controlling hardcore gamer Sony have created for marketing purposes, possibly doesn’t actually exist, or if it does it will be an impossibly subset of the much heralded ‘hardcore’ gamer.
The whole point of motion is local, social interaction, Nintendo have made hundreds of millions or more out of this fact, Microsoft realise it and Sony… well, they seem to be playing at the social side of things with very poor looking Sports Champions, the awful Brunswick Bowling & a minigame collection (the hairdressing, office chair, bug splatting one) which ONLY contains 5 mini games, not the usual 20 found on the Wii and now the 360.
I’m pretty sure both Sony & Microsoft will both claim they are beating their targets (whilst keeping their cards close to their chests) but motion and social go hand-in-hand and sales figures after a year or two will prove that.
jimmy-google
If you read the SOCOM 4 write ups you’ll see that those using Move are actually faster than those using a Dual Shock controller, is closer the speed of someone using a keyboard and mouse. Motion Control doesn’t need to be over the top movements.
Naughty Dog learned that gamers don’t want to use a motion to throw a grenades, move is covered in buttons which means it can be assigned to a button.
It’s generally viewed that the best version of Resident Evil 4 is on the Wii using the wiimote. You can have great motion control hardcore games with out the type of large movements you’re refering to, and you can sit down to play too.
TSBonyman
I think there’s a difference between core gamers and hardcore gamers, in my mind at least.
cc_star
Ignoring grenades (which were thrown in the Socom reveal with a massive arm movement) and leaving it at a generic future game which does basic body tacking and obviously movement controls
wondering around a zone on your carpet and then hacking & slashing, or kicking and punching or blocking and meleeing isn’t something a large percentage of people are going to do when they already have an option they already paid for in their hand in the form of the trust DS3.
The whole reason Sony are getting into the market is because they want a slice of Ninty pie. The Ninty success isn’t built on the 10 copies of Madworld they sold, or the 8 copies of The Conduit, but social experiences that are summed up in Move Party
And how many serious PS3 owners are in to that? (looking at the scorn poured on Kinect, I’d say close to zero)
Its a complete mismatch of demographics, which is why I said Sony have made (and priced) a product for people that in the main don’t exist, which to take this convo back several steps is why I don’t get it.
UsernameHere
cc_star if you think you have to stand to use move, you’ve missed the point entirely. With kinect, ok yeah, chances are you’re going to have to stand to play since it needs to read your whole body. With move, like the wiimote, it’s still a controller. So that means you can lay & play, but at the same time because of the playstation eye you can get full 2d body tracking, or 3d face/head tracking. Although to be fair, I expect the 2d full body tracking to be limited to one or two person/people.
cc_star
No, your missing the whole point about demographic mis-match
Again done with the convo through repeating myself.
Motion is all about social interaction
Hardcore is all about accuracy
Accuracy is irrelevant in the explosion of social gaming, and motion is irrelevant amongst hardcore gamers
Therefore I believe Sony have made an amazing product (it really is amazing) but there is no demographic for it, or if there is, it’s just a fraction of the 30m units they have in people’s homes.
That is what I don’t get! (of course I get everything else I’m a gaming geek)
Another thing which is starting to look really weird and almost cult like, is that Sony’s entire userbase has been laughing at motion controls for the past 3 years, and as soon as Sony make motion its the best thing since sliced bread and all sorts of facts and methods are introduced to conversations to justify it.
hazelam
i’m not a big fan of motion controls myself, i’ve played some games on wii that are ports of other console’s games that weren’t designed for motion controls and frankly they are terrible.
but in some games specifically designed for it they work really well.
for any sports game that involves primarily using your hands it can provide a really immersion experience, what was the name of that psn bowling game? that used the sixaxis like a proper motion control and that worked pretty well.
i know many hardcore player won’t bother with the move, but that’s where the ps3+move is better than the wii because you won’t actually have to use it if you don’t want to.
those big name titles like killzone will be playable with a pad or move.
and some of those move dedicated games look fun, i bet they thought about going after the harry potter rights for sorcery. :)
and at least sony didn’t let move dominate the whole show while relegating their most popular titles to a couple of minutes each, like in somebody else’s conference. >_>
jimmy-google
The move controllers are almost exactly the same price as the wii controllers for more advanced technology.
cc_star
Yup, Wii controller is £32.99 (highstreet) including 20 mini games, the Move is likely to be £35 (or £70 as some games utilise 1 controller for each hand to get the best out of it)
Double that for 2 player = £140(ish) whereas the Wii is just the extra £32.99 as you’ve already got one with the console… £140 vs £32.99 very different.
Although the gap isn’t as big if you want 4 player gaming (4 Moves (1 each) £140 vs 3 extra Wiimotes £99)
jimmy-google
Some wii games also require the nunchunk at £20 each too. Don’t forget to add £15/£20 per wiimote for motion plus.
Also there will be ps3 bundles which include move like the wii includes a wiimote.
If you already own a ps3 Move will be cheaper than buying a Wii. Wii +4 motion plus addons +3 wiimotes + 2 nunchucks is about £350. If you have a ps3 a camera, 4 move controllers and 2 subs should be about £180
If you don’t own either then a wii is cheaper assuming you don’t want a blu-ray player, HD graphics etc…
cc_star
Wii Motion Plus isn’t needed for the experience, and very few game even have it as an option, again if you did buy one it comes with a massive bundle of games (not a demo) is now included with the Wii and most/all of the games which have it as an option, it actually comes with anyway
If you’re adding on nunchucks then we need to add on Subs (Navigation Controller now), it only makes the gap even wider still
jimmy-google
Who are you expecting the target audience to be? The ps3 is already £100 more than a wii. If all you wanted was motion gaming you wouldn’t even look at anything else because of price.
However if you already have a ps3 then Move is far cheaper than buying a wii plus the extra wiimotes. Move with the camera starter disc & Sports Champions is $100, one of the EU bundles is 60 euros for Move camera and starter disc.
If you take a look at list of first Move games most of them are only 1 player and a move controller is priced at a similar price to a Dual Shock 3 controller.
It’s Kinect that seems to be going after the Wii crowd and if the rumours of that price turns out to be true that will be a far higher start up than a Wii.
cc_star
Full experience 2 player gaming with 4 Moves = £140(ish)
And according to Amazon:
A Wii (inc Wiimote, Motion+ & WiiSports) with extra Wiimote, Wii Sports Resort & Motion+ = £149.99
Nunchucks are optional extras as are Sub controllers.
£10 more for a whole console, to me that makes the Sony system seem quite pricey especially as far as Sony are concerned that price includes just motion controllers & demo disc, not a whole console & games.
jimmy-google
The only Wii packs on amazon at that price come with 1 wiimote and 1 motion plus. You’ll need to add another one of each for 2 player which would take it to about £200 for 2 player gaming. Compared to £140.
cc_star
Arrgh yes they’ve put Sports Resort in the box along with the Wii & WiiSports, so all you’d need is a Wiimote & Motion+ giving you total Amazon price of £182.78
Still very favourably to the PS3’s £161.39 (forgot the camera earlier) effectively giving you a whole console for the equivalent of the paltry £20 price difference.
UsernameHere
“If you’re adding on nunchucks then we need to add on Subs (Navigation Controller now), it only makes the gap even wider still”
Not if you can substitute a dual shock for a nav controller. I don’t recall having a gamepad I could use (in place of a nunchuck) alongside the wiimote when I used it. I could use my gamecube controller for certain games IN PLACE of the wiimote, but never in conjunction with it.
cc_star
Only crazy people can hold and operate a pad in one hand for more than five minutes, accuracy will be effected massively as well. Not an option for anyone who hasn’t got freakish hands.
Pretty much done with the conversation without repeating myself
You can get a Wii with multiplayer capability with games for only £20 more than the equivalent multiplayer Move and a demo.
Zoddi
cc you can’t compare the non Motion Plus version with Move. As seen on the Nintendo press conference the new Zelda game needed Motion Plus. Red Steel 2 required it too.
After some time you need to own Motion Plus as Nintendo forces you.
cc_star
I included motion+ in my pricing, therefore I’m not comparing it without.
A bunch of controllers to enable multiplayer motion control is only £20 cheaper than a whole new console and equivelent controllers and loads of games
terrible, but not as terrible as every Sony fan justifying it, and flying in the face of spending the last 3 or 4 years pointing and laughing at motion controls
I wonder if Sony packaged dog shit whether people will buy it if they charge enough for it. Current evidence leads me to suspect they would, hell I even suspect that if Somy came out with a vastly enhanced Kinect-like camera people would eat their recent words and proclaim it as the best thing since sliced bread.
tantalus_blank
Wow, generalise Sony fans much? CC it sounds like you’re clutching at straws a little – mixing amazon offers with PS3 RRP values to make it sound more ominous isn’t really a fair comparison. I think Jimmy’s comparison is pretty spot on: a wiimote with a motion plus is the equivalent to one move, with a navigation controller for the nunchuck, as it’s the closest you get to the experience – otherwise we may as well start comparing it with the Guncon.
Wiimote with motion+ = PS Move controller + Eye
RRP £29.99 + £24.99 (£54.99) < RRP £35 + £24.99 (£59.99)
But of course as you add more controllers, the move becomes cheaper. It all depends what you want out of it really, but at the end of the day the pricing ain't half bad. If you're looking for the same experience but with even greater accuracy and HD visuals then you may as well go with a PS3.
cc_star
Not clutching at straws, it’s just maths fact.
Actually the maths have got worse as I’d estimated the Move controllers to have a GBP pricing of £35, where as Play have just listed them at £40
So this isn’t RRP Vs retail, this is retail Vs retail pricing and when you add up all the bits and bobs they now work out at just about the same price (give or take a fiver), meaning you are effectively getting a Wii free
One is bundle of controllers and a game demo, the other is a bundle of controllers and 2 complete games collection and a console, so my point is relevant… obviously not for those with Sony specs on
Blue Heeler
@cc_star: Was there gameplay footage for the Crytek game? All I saw was live action actors in cosplay outfits.
jimmy-google
I haven’t seen any yet. I haven’t even seen a genre announced for it yet.
cc_star
Just the teaser I linked to yesterday.
Aitrus
What’s up cc? Are you just in a bad mood or have you taken over Katy’s case of chronic PMS? :)
Of course the Move has to be more accurate than Wii Motion Plus – otherwise it wouldn’t make any sense to release it at all. If Sony cut the price at the expense of accuracy so the Move only does what the Wii already does – who the hell would buy that?
With the added accuracy Move can – down the road – create other experiences than you get with the Wii. It hasn’t been seen much in the games already announced, but the tech demos show the potential. (A bit sad that the tech demos are more exciting than the games.) And I don’t know a single Wii owner who hasn’t complained about the lack of accuracy no matter if he/she is a hardcore, plain core or casual gamer.
About the pricing I agree that it will be costly to get fully equiped with 4 Moves and 2 Subs. But that’s the same on the Wii. 4 Wiimotes with Motion Plus and 2 Nunchuks isn’t exactly cheap either. And you don’t have to get them all at once – 2 Moves and you’re set.
My wife and daugthers will finally stop pestering me to get a Wii and start pestering me to get the Move – and I will. So the Move made a sale to me and stopped me from getting a Wii.
aphex187
How can you say you would rather have Crytek’s exclusive game over anything else? Bold statements for a dev that has made only 2 (3 if you count Crysis 2 which hasn’t been released yet) games, hell you can’t even put Crysis for PC in the discussion because all that was glorified eye candy.
cc_star
just cannot believe the way people are lapping up being drip fed an extra playable character in MoH at the expense of things like whole exclusive Xbox 360 games like Kingdoms and Mass Effect.
Has everyone been brainwashed by Sony or is there just unbelievable rose-tintedness around today.
Andrew Wright
Wow What did i start… :-D
Sony’s games that are exclusive are much better than the exclusive games on the 360, if you can’t see that you truly are an idiot. How have we been ‘brain washed’, it is you who have been brain washed. GT5, need i say more.
tantalus_blank
I diagree with you Andrew, while LBP is the only exclusive I ever need, I wouldn’t say that someone with different tastes is an idiot. I have to admit being a little envious of the Crytek exclusive, if Free Radical have anything to do with it. Hmm, does anyone know if Crytek and Crytek UK are entirely seperate?
jamez612
it was good but what about resistance 3 :(
Erroneus
Guess they are saving Resistance 3, ICO HD, The Last Guardian and Uncharted 3 for Gamescom :P
jimmy-google
Sony do like to share their announcements around.
Erroneus
It’s fine, I will be at Gamescom with a press badge, so I wont mind a few surprises and early access to some of the fun stuff :>
TSBonyman
Gamescom? Alright! ..er..how many hours ’til that starts then?..
Carl
Lots ;)
BadBoyBoogie
Anyone know when Gamescom is then?
BadBoyBoogie
I decided to stop being lazy and look it up myself!! It’s 18-22 August 2010 for anyone else interested!!
spooferbarnabas
Great sum-up! I really liked the look of Twisted Metal, and was really impressed with the Move (although the Golf part was dull).
KZ3 looked amazing considering it was a pre-alpha code. As a result of that conference, i have been persuaded to buy the move and several other games which previosuly did not interest me. Well done sony!
TSBonyman
Although i’m not a fan of the twisted metal series , this looked good to me too, esp with the flying vehicles added.
Jas-n
I think they should have ended with the GT5 trailer, that’s what a lot of people have been waiting/complaining for.
Kevin Butler was definitely the highlight.
Jas-n
The golf part was the lowlight(?), that guy spent too long chatting about nothing, all of us in the chat room was just shouting to hit the ball already.
BrendanCalls
It was awesome. Loved so many moments. Best part of the night was sharing the experience in the TSA tinychat room.
iAvernus
Was looking forward to hearing something about The Last Guardian. I think the price for the controller+pseye+some game.. might be a little steep. Will get when I have money though, or wait till I have enough money to buy the PS3 slim Move bundle. I’m afraid my fatty will give out soon.
cc_star
The game is actually a demo disk
Anth1888
I thought it was Sport Champions? The Move demo is coming on the PS Store
jimmy-google
I’m sure the ps blog said it comes with Sports Champions in the bundle.
iAvernus
I didn’t see demo though. I thought it was a full game…?? Whatever, I won’t be buying it for that anyway.
TSBonyman
Nice roundup, thanks!
Indeed, no Last Guardian..*sobs*
TSBonyman
Overall i was impressed.
The Move was shown to be obviously more than just for casual gamers and Sorcery wiped the floor with poor ould Link. :)
I was actually impressed by the golf. There was noticeable lag on the downswing but i think the Move possibly momentarily ‘disappears’ behind your arm/shoulder when swinging so that may explain it. The accuracy seemed very good all the same.
Heroes made me smile and go a bit fuzzy inside -Jak’s back in some form at least!
Kevin Butler was a highlight for sure.. pew pew
I thought the price for the Initial Move controller is fine but i can see that i would have to wait for a good portion of games to be available to warrant purchasing a full kit, i.e. 2 Move’s and a Sub.
PSP showed Sony have their own strategy but they might surprise us with new hardware yet.
I might load up Home again just to visit the recreated E3 Booth, sounds cool.
LBP2 i actually thought was a bit lacklustre, particularly the quick demo at the start. Still have high hopes for it though.
Playstation Plus sounded good at first, but now i’m disappointed.
Gabe Newell walks on WTF! …Portal 2!.. steam? watutalkinaboutgabe?
MOH and DS2 with their good looks and thrills and exclusive content.
Twisted Metal surprised me – i didn’t like the originals but this looks good.
jimmy-google
No new PS3 models? No Ape Escape either.
Singstar Dance was also announced as were EyePet and Patapon 3 for PSP. Sly Collection was announced too, in 3D.
cc_star
Looked like Wii (Just Dance style) levels of body tracking in Singstar Dance, although it was very little shown
benny boy
There was always gonna be some things that weren’t announced. It was a pretty packed conference though with stuff being announced left, right and centre. Something you guys didn’t mention was the (quite quiet) announcement of Echochrome 2, Eyepet for PSP, that other move game that looked a bit like Jenga and I’m sure there were even a few more that I can’t even remember now. Pretty awesome conference to be honest.
