Game Informer has dropped the first batch of information on Arkane and Bethesda’s ‘Dishonored’. This stealth/action adventure title sees you take on the role of Corvo, the Empress’ legendary bodyguard.
At the start of the game you are wrongly imprisoned for her murder, but luckily for you not only is Corvo extremely skilled, he has a bunch of supernatural powers to boot.
One of the big hooks looks to be how you go about combining powers. One of the best examples given was summoning a load of rats to attack a guard, but possessing one of the rats and escaping amid the confusion.
There is also a chaos system that changes the world according to your actions. Rather than a typical good/bad split, this new system works behind the scenes to alter the story without punishing the player.
