As we thought when we saw the game behind closed doors at E3, Ridge Racer Unbounded will feature a Create mode, which will allow you to build your own cities, race in them, and share them with friends.

As suspected, it looks like it’s more of a plug and play kind of create, in which you’ll have preset elements to place around on a grid, but that still could really open up the game if there’s enough variety and personality to play with.

I’d be inclined to withhold judgement as to if this is a worthy Ridge Racer until we get our hands on it. Personally, my interest is piqued enough to watch developments closely ;)

Oh crap my coffee has gone cold! Back on topic: I’ve read that cars can easily drive through concrete in this game, and the trailer proves it, so atleast you won’t be wrecked as much as in Burnout. And it could result in awesomeness, but for now I think it looks a bit… unimpressive.
