It has been announced that Ninja Gaiden 3 owners will now be able to download a wealth of additional content. The Ninja Trials packs, additional equipment items and a new multiplayer stage are available for download. These can be purchased individually, or as part of the Ninja Pack 1 bundle.
We weren’t given any pricing as of yet, but the Falcon’s Talons weapon, a new stage for the online multiplayer mode Clan Battle and a higher level cap will be available as a free download and can be obtained as an automatic software update for the PlayStation 3 and as a downloadable Ninja Pack 1 Lite for the Xbox 360.
Furthermore, Ultimate Ninja difficulty will be available from April 24th, and free to download for the first month.

Just finished this game, what a disappointment. So I won’t be getting any DLC and I am so glad I only rented it..
