This image has popped up on the PlayStation Facebook page and it’s causing quite a stir. Some commenters are assuming it’s a sequel to Red Dead Redemption, which given Rockstar’s currently hard at work finishing Max Payne 3 and making GTAV, seems a little unlikely.
What seems more likely is the assumption by many that this will be the reveal date for another instalment in the PlayStation exclusive God of War franchise. The text looks right for that series and we’ve been expecting a new GoW game for a while now so that seems plausible.
Some people are even suggesting it might be linked to Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, although it’s thought unlikely that Sony would give such a big tease for anything to do with a multiplatform game. What do you think?

I still want to play around with that bathtub demo they showed pre-PS3 launch, I thought that was amazing just put in a pirate sim with monster rubber ducks and they have a winner on PSN. Hehe

I was late to the GoW party, only just got GoW3 at Christmas, great game. So a 4th would be very welcome. I’d have to check out the GoW collection while I wait though… I’ve been missing out!
