Beyond: Two Souls Delayed, Now Dated For October, Dafoe Joins Cast

David Cage’s Beyond: Two Souls has somewhat suspiciously quiet for a while now, but that’s all set to change as Sony’s PR campaign starts to spring into life.

However, the first bit of news isn’t all that great for those eagerly awaiting news – it’s been pushed back to October from its previous May date.

But! Hey! That’s Willem Dafoe! Dafoe will star as Nathan Dawkins, a government scientist who works with Jodie to analyse her powers. We rumoured that Dafoe was involved last June, but were told that wasn’t happening – sneaky, sneaky.

Sony have also announced pre-order details, which include a Steelbook edition, exclusive behind the scenes video content, the game’s soundtrack, a dynamic theme and an avatar bundle.

Beyond is our #6 most anticipated game of the year.

  1. So now we know who the antagonist is. Doesn’t Dafoe mostly play the baddie?

  2. Dafoe yes delay no

  3. As long as the game is amazing I’m prepared to wait. Really enjoyed Heavy Rain so I’m expecting great things.
