TSAtv Newsdesk #4: GTAV, R&C: Nexus, and Summer of Arcade

The one with too many points.

It’s a Sunday (a sunny one too), which means its time for another instalment of TSA’s award-winning* weekly videogame news show Newsdesk! In this week’s edition, there’s news on next-gen pricing, DLC for Call of Duty, Metro and God of War, and the latest UK games charts. As ever, we hope you enjoy the show, and feel free to leave us feedback here in the comments, over on Twitter or Facebook.

You’ve got until Thursday night at midnight to enter our Newsdesk launch competition, where you can win a whole bunch of gaming loveliness – just subscribe to our YouTube channel, then leave a comment underneath the episode video on YouTube itself. As always, the TSA terms and conditions apply. The first winners will be announced on next week’s show.

(*this may actually be a lie)

Have to say guys, really enjoying what you are doing with the TSA Newsdesk. If I gave out awards, I would send one in your direction!

I do give out awards, albeit imaginary ones that mean nothing! I’d give Newsdesk my not in the least bit sought after McPhatty’s YouTube Quality Output Award. Great stuff as usual.

Still reckon it needs a list of links, but great stuff again.

ms have said the increase in prices of XBLA titles is just an error and that refunds would be given for those affected.

    http://www.vg247.com/2013/07/10/xbox-live-real-money-price-increases-an-unintended-error/

“We are aware that select regions experienced some incorrect game title pricing in the Xbox Live beta. This was an unintended error that we are in the process of fixing,” a Microsoft representative told VG247 in a statement.

“We’ll be reimbursing impacted beta participants for the difference in what was paid and what the price will be after the update is available to all members.”
