This week’s podcast sees you narrowly escape Lewis and I being allowed to run free on the podcast by ourselves again, with Kev fortunately arriving about half an hour into the episode. He’s not there for the whole show, but fortunately there’s enough of him to keep us in line. That does, sadly, mean that Peter isn’t on this week’s podcast at all, as he was doing something ludicrous, like moving house.
This week’s episode sees Lewis discussing GTA V again, me chatting about Angry Birds Star Wars II and Kev arriving in time to talk about Stealth Inc. A Clone in the Dark. Kev also chatted about his progress with the GeneJam game jam he’s been taking part in, explaining his progress with the worm like virtual life he’s been creating. While I didn’t have much to talk about in the way of comics, fortunately Lewis had watched Dead Man Down, meaning that a little film talk went into the mix.
Of course all of that is wrapped up in the news, a quiz and us doing our best to answer your questions.

This podcast features strong language, jokes in poor taste and adult themes, if you’re offended by that then we recommend that you don’t listen to it at all.

Gotta love the silence after my question, brilliant.
But seriously, PS3 won’t be dead when PS4 releases. For one the PS Plus backlog is way too long, at least for me. And ahem, GT6. o.0

Lewis regarding your twitter experiment, Last week I tried to be online and to follow the feed while the podcast was recording (to see how easy it was). The main problems were that I had no idea when you were actually going to start recording so I did not know to look out for tweets between a certain time.
Secondly your tweets did not appear very quickly in my feed, even though I was refreshing my list manually I would have no new tweet, then two tweets may appear soon after, 4-5 minutes old. To try and get instant interaction this would be a problem.
Maybe you could post a story on TSA e.g. The podcast is now recording, and use the comments or embed the twitter feed in the page so people can interact more easily.
The podcast is one of my favorite things about TSA and I feel it gets a bit lost on the site, more people need to listen to it.

All very valid comments and it’s great to hear you’re wanting to get involved. In regards to this episode, it was my fault a little, I forgot to tweet and was playing catch up. If you keep 7:30 as a start time every Thursday and I will ensure to be prompt as and when subjects begin. Obviously not know where the direction of the conversation will go I tweet the subject material and who’s talking about it. Any comments after that will be slotted in as and we can or as and when it has a relevancy on the conversation.
I’ll always start with a ‘give us a hello’ when were just about to record so people can be included in the hellos at the beginning.
Hope this helps and please let us know if the system is better this Thursday so we can look at changing/adding things :-)
