The results of round three of the Plus Points Challenge were announced yesterday and saw X1BALBAABLAB1X take top spot with a whopping 18,359,122 points on the first level of Dead Nation. To be honest, nobody came close to that ridiculously high score, but Lieutenant Fatman came second place to maintain their rivalry at the top of the leaderboard.
Some fairly big changes occured through the rest of the leaderboard, with major points scored for Matheson, camdaz and XIII_WarMachine putting them all within range of the fight for the top spot.
Remember, it’s the first to 50 overall leaderboard points who will win a year’s PlayStation Plus subscription and nobody has yet reached even half of those required points, so all is still very much to play for. Right now Lieutenant Fatman and X1BALBAABLAB1X are trying to run away with it, but don’t let them!
Keep your eyes peeled on the site next Wednesday for the announcement of this month’s contest which will be for Mercenary Kings. Plenty of time for you all to get some practice in!

I’m really excited for the Mercenary Kings Round. The is unique and enjoyable. I just finished InFAMOUS Second Son and obtained the Plat trophy so I will be practicing Mercenary Kings in the meantime!

Awesome thing with Mercenary kings is its such a small game that on the PS4 it loads up super fast so I played a bit of it while waiting for Uncharted 3 to load up last night (going for platinum finally).

I missed this again, which is annoying because I tested the speed run on a guest profile and got a time in the 2m 30’s.
But ultimately I was not convinced I wanted to play Dead Nation again on my own profile so left it to the last minute to decide before the decision was made for me by the arrival of my second child! :-)
