Sony Online Entertainment have released a gameplay trailer for their new PC MMO, H1z1, due to hit stores late this year.
Now put me in a cupboard and call me Susan, but that looks a bit ropey doesn’t it? Nice lighting but the animation is terrible and there is only one character model for the zombies.
The game is in the pre-alpha stage so I guess we should forgive this sort of thing but you have to wonder why they are publicising the game when it looks like this.
H1z1 will be free to play but will include micro transactions, details of which have yet to be revealed.

I watched a couple of chaps showing this off before and it was horrendous. Not often I watch a YouTube video and think “ah, that’s put me off the game completely” and it be about how bad a job they did of conveying stuff as oppose to it being simply not for me (eg. genre, etc). :-\

I like a zombie as much as the next man, but this is more like dishwater. We do all love a micro transaction though, eh?
