Risen 3: Titan Lords’ release date has been revealed by Deep Silver and developer Piranha Bytes as August 15th in the UK, while North American audiences will get the title on August 12th. The game is coming to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC so the gameplay won’t look anything like the CGI trailer. The game is about a warrior who must survive and push back the evil that the Titan Wars have brought.
“Like a carpenter with a hand-crafted piece of furniture, we put together the story, the characters and the landscape until it all fits and the player has the possibility to discover things all around the place. You can try out and find things that others might not. Exploration is the key to our game”, says Bjoern Pankratz, Project Lead.
It’s an open world RPG and it will be up to players of how they’ll try to survive, and which people to ally with in the quest for peace. I’ve personally not played the Risen games so I can’t attest for their quality, but this could be a decent venture if done right.

Risen 2 was pretty much the most horrendous excuse for an RPG I have ever played. Seriously, it was genuinely that bad. You should do a WeView of it for sh#ts and giggles. If anything, someone would have to actually play it.
