Rock Band 4 Set To Make Some Noise From October 6th

Harmonix has confirmed that Rock Band 4 is going to be releasing on October 6th, and pre-ordering it will net you 30 extra songs. There will be a total of over 1500 songs available to play through, including those that you may have downloaded in previous iterations of the series. The full set including the instruments won’t be a cheap investment though, setting you back $249.99. We’re waiting for a UK price but knowing how prices convert it’ll probably be something like £240 for the game,  wireless Fender Stratocaster guitar controller, wireless drum kit, and USB microphone.

Howver if you do have your old instruments lying around then dust them off as they’ll be compatible with Rock Band 4 too. That’ll save you quite a lot of money.

  1. My most awaited game of 2015. Got 2 guitars, Pro drum kit, mic and keyboard (shame this won’t be utilised) but apparently Mad Catz’s new kit will be better.

  2. So far both Game and Amazon aren’t listing a version with just the game…

  3. I still have my old Rock Band 1 guitars, but since my drum kit broke last year, I hope they sell the instruments seperately. Also, are the old Guitar Hero instruments compatible too?
