Continuing the tradition of special edition consoles with big games, Microsoft have revealed a Forza 6 inspired 1TB Xbox One. The console is coloured aqua blue and is inspired by the Ford GT which is on the game pack. The console also has the classic striping and the Forza logo in “super high gloss”.
The console also makes car noises when you power it on and off, and ejecting a disc makes a another sound. The controller has also been modified with a “gnarled” grips and titanium coloured triggers with a lovely satin finish. Apparently.
The console will come bundled with a download code for Forza 6, the ten year car pack, a headset and an HDMI cable. The console is out on September 18th.

The colour is ok but those sound effects are awful.

Gloss yellow with black stripes all forza horizon style would’ve been awesome. Or even red with white stripes, but the blue is okay. Like the batman PS4, I wish Sony/MS would be a bit more wild with console colours and gaming prints.

Gloss yellow/black stripes would look pretty cool in a Game of Death/Kill Bill/Bumblebee kinda way.
Maybe one day we’ll be able to custom design our consoles online for a premium.

Very nice, I wouldn’t mind a special edition console when I make the jump to next gen, and 1TB is much better. Hopefully it’ll be a tasty price.

I want that controller with grippier grips and micro-jack. In fact, I’m gonna buy it, unless Halo brings with it a nicer one.
