The Eighth 12 Deals Of Christmas Game Is The Elder Scrolls Online

The Elder Scrolls Online might have had a free trial this past weekend on Xbox One and PC, but for whatever reason, PlayStation 4 gamers were left out in the cold. It’s a pity, because it would have made for a good taster and teaser in the run up to the eighth of the 12 Deals of Christmas on the EU PlayStation Store, featuring the MMORPG.

It’s a bit of a shame that the Imperial Edition isn’t also reduced back down to its Black Friday pricing.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
Was €69.99
Now €24.99 (until 11.59pm on 16th December)

  1. Not a bad price.

Me and some friends recently picked up a handful of copies so we could play together (£15 from CEX).

Enjoying it so far – feels very much like an Elder Scrolls game but we’ve yet to hit level 10 (where the multiplayer stuff really kicks off).

    • Level 15 is what you want to aim for. Then you unlock the ability to switch weapons and it gets much more fun, and the quests get more interesting and harder.

Although why it takes your character that long to master the art of changing weapons, I don’t know. If he’s that stupid, it’s a miracle he hasn’t sliced his own arm off before that point.

  2. I can’t afford the hard drive space. I bet it’s alot of gigabytes!

    • 65GB at least I think.

      • 63.53GB currently. Although you’ll possibly need significantly more space available to download and install it. Nobody knows quite how much, as the PS4 seems to be fairly random in it’s requirements, frequently requiring 30GB to install a 300MB update.

  3. I loved Oblivion as one of the very first games on my PS3 back then, but never made it through Skyrim. So I’ve hit sequel fatigue with this series too, I’m afraid.

  4. Great game, and a bargain at that price.

  5. that actually seems like a decent deal.

did i wake up in bizarro world today?
