There’s a lot going on this weekend in the sporting world, with the final of the Euro’s, the Wimbledon finals, the British Grand Prix and more. With something for everybody, let me know what you’re going to be up to!
And, with Steven sent back to the comments section, things will be returning to normal in this week’s Community Round-Up!

Starting with the reviews, in first place we had Inside. Dave gave it a 9/10, saying that it “is one piece of avant-garde gaming that’s definitely worth experiencing for yourself”, providing you like arty-games and enjoyed Playdead’s previous game, Limbo. Next up, Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens was described as “amongst the best games from either franchise” by Dom, as he gave it an impressive 8/10.
Dropping a further point to the 7/10 range now, we had the Japanese strategy game Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII, and Duelyst, a tactical RPG crossed with a card game, reviewed by Jim and Miguel respectively.
Sliding further down the reviews scale, we land at the 5/10’s. This week, there were 3; Carmageddon: Max Damage, Lost Sea, and Full Mojo Rampage all failed to impress, and all needed a bit more polish ahead of their releases.
Our last game was given a lacklustre 3/10, with Jim describing 7 Days To Die as “numbingly lifeless” and a “shoddy console release”. Avoid!
Meanwhile, from the previews, Stefan took a first look at Warhammer 40000: Eternal Crusade. It’s currently a long way off being a good game, but it certainly has potential at being an interesting MMO third person shooter hybrid. On a more colourful note, Paper Mario: Color Splash is shaping up to be a gem, with good humour and silly gameplay.
Elsewhere, Mobile Watch featured two games this week, as Jim had a look at Kingdom Hearts Unchained X, and Stefan got to grips with the drag racer, CSR 2.
TSA had a bagful of interviews this week, starting with a chat about Warhammer 40000: Eternal Crusade, before talking to the developer of Seraph about the side scrolling shooter. Lastly, and tying in with Stefan’s look at Call of Duty eSports, he spoke with Jay Puryear about the future of eSports.
Finishing up, the Chronicle talked about the effect of Brexit, the PS+ subscriber count, and the Batman delay. Lastly, What We Played #261 featured Pokémon, Battlefield 1 & plenty of Xbox One games.

Time to open up the Forums and have a look! Apart from the odd spammer, it was pretty quiet…
- Del posts some Guacamelee clips in the videos thread
- And Youles edges closer to getting all of the Rocket League trophies
No doubt Steven will complain that this was a “good week” which I saved for myself, but enjoy your weekends, and I’ll be back next time!

The Lone Steven
It’s a 5/10 week this week so you’re ok. For now.
However, there are a few things i like to complain about.
The fucking advert on the mobile site that takes over the site and has a tiny x on it but because most people don’t have tiny fingers to match the x, it is a pain in the arse to get rid of it.
The rise in Spam that seems to never get tackled.
And the smell of rotten threads in the forums.
Also, the legal experts that is not me in a hat, tie advised me against releaseing the uncensored round up. Apparently, it would offend some people and get TSA sued again. I mean, TSA sued. Not again.

I’m ok? Phew!
