Marvel: Ultimate Alliance’s Missing DLC Characters Will Be Coming In An Update

Activision has mentioned in a statement to Eurogamer that the missing DLC characters for Marvel: Ultimate Alliance will be made available for free in an update, though these are still a few weeks away. Both Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and its sequel were released last week on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. However these ports of the games from last gen have so far garnered a fair share of criticism including the price, and the way the games run.

A patch for the PC version has been released.

  • Controller mapping improvements that address both Xbox One and Xbox 360 buttons, triggers, and a problem specifically with the A button.
  • General improvements to audio and fixes for the crackling sounds.
  • Improvements to player invitations for Marvel Ultimate Alliance.
  • UI updates and fixes for desync/disconnection issues when playing online.

When the games were released Marvel were quick to respond with Marvel Games’ Creative Director Bill Rosemann tweeting that they were sharing concerns with Activision. Of course Marvel are looking to improve gaming offerings of its characters, starting with Insomniac’s Spider Man game.
