Double Fine Productions has a released a new behind-the-scenes video for platformer sequel, Psychonauts 2. As usual, there’s some insight into the game’s development though this time we get to see a playable build in action.
It’s still early doors for the project but so far it looks fantastic, showing Raz and some of the game’s platforming mechanics.
There’s current release date for Psychonauts 2 though this marks a significant milestone in its development. The sequel was made possible thanks to crowdfunding platform, Fig, with backers having pledged more than $3,000,000.

This is really shaping up nicely. I was a bit sceptical after seeing the announcement, but I’m liking the art direction the game has taken. Hope it comes to Switch too!
