It’s been another busy week on TSA, especially with lots of impressions from EGX last weekend. Even though it sounded like a lot of queueing went on, I think I’d love to go next year after skipping a couple of years. Anyway, let’s cover what went on over the past seven days in this week’s Community Round-Up!

Once again we haven’t got any new Competitions and there aren’t any Meets scheduled either! I know there’s been talk of some Killzone Mercenary meets, and I’m sure we’ll see more GTA V meets, so keep your eyes peeled if you want to join in! Alternatively, you can always add your own Meet to the list, providing you’ve got more than 250 TSA Points.
Looking at the Reviews and Previews, and let’s start with Codies annual appearance with F1 2013. Stefan gave the game a 8/10, thanks to the new F1 Classics mode other little improvements. Rain also received an 8/10, while on Mobile Watch, Jim had a look at Giant Boulder of Death.
Some handheld offerings saw Cut The Rope (3DS) given a 7/10 from Blair, while Gamoc gave 8/10 to Lone Survivor: The Directors Cut for Vita and PS3.
On now to the Previews, and the Indie Focus Eurogamer Special. Parts 1 and 2, both from Stefan, cover some of the titles that were part of the Indie Arcade. He also gave us impressions of Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag, and Batman: Arkham Origins too, before conducting interviews with Jean-Sebastien Decant, and Ben Mattes about each game, respectively. Continuing the interview theme, Mike Bithell, creator of Thomas Was Alone, talked to TSA about Volume, and we also had a chat with Jonathan Morin about Watch Dogs.
CHROMA, the indie platformer, sounds like a great little game from what xeroxeroxero said, while Aran looked at Media Molecule’s upcoming game, Tearaway. The last Preview comes from Blair, who played PS4 launch title, Knack.
There was no Chronicle due to EGX last weekend, but Blair gave a humorous view of the best and worst queues from the expo. Following the release of Ratchet: Gladiator, which is a game that can’t be played on SD TV’s, Adam asked if we truly living in a ‘HD Generation‘.
Grand Theft Auto IV received a mix of opinions in its WeView Verdict, however 11 of you still thought it was worth a Bargain Bin. Meanwhile, Kingdoms Of Amalur was at the attention of Aran in a Matter of Perspective, although with a slightly different twist, in that it was just The House Of Ballads Quest rather than the whole game being examined. Sunday Spotlight looked at Breaking Bad, while Jim revisited Medal of Honor Warfighter in PlayBack.
Ending things in the usual way, there’s What We Played #115 from Greg and Newsdesk Episode #15 from Josh, which goes back over the past week and included things such as Valve’s recent announcements. Peter was absent from the Podcast as he was moving house, but the rest of the gang still had plenty to discuss in Episode 114.

The Forums are looking quite busy with discussion, which is great to see!
- A certain member makes a return to TSA, after a short break. Hello again, Steven.
- Dirtyhabbit’s GTA V FAQ thread for GTA V is still seeing lot’s of action, as is 3Shirts’s thread about GTA Online.
- A couple of existing threads have found some new life, mainly the Vita Customisation thread and lot’s of people talking about Killzone Mercenary in the continuing ‘What games you playing right now’ thread?
Well that’s another round-up completed once again, and as usual, I’ll be here again next week – bye!
