Get Your Hands On Alien: Isolation At EGX Rezzed

Gamer Network have announced that the first public play of Alien: Isolation will be at EGX Rezzed, which runs from March 28th until the 30th at the NEC in Birmingham.

The game, from Creative Assembly, will be playable on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, and SEGA has chosen the show as the first public showing of the game. It’s impressive how soon after the initial announcement is too, and gives hope that the game might be decent after all.

Isolation features Ripley’s daughter, Amanda, and acts as a survival horror, as you try to escape a Xenomorph creature on an abandoned vessel. It’s said to take Alien back to its roots and make the creature a malevolent force once again.

EGX Rezzed will also feature many other games which are yet to be announced, as well as presentations and developer sessions. Tickets are still available from the EGX website.

  1. I’m much more excited for this game now that they have come out and said that the alien is actually dynamic, and not just a long trail of pre-scripted events. I hope that holds true and it’s not just marketing speak.

  2. Yeah this game is sounding better and better every time I read an article on it.
