Motorstorm Vehicle Selection Now 2D

Evolution will release 3.1 later on today, which will give host the ability to force the vehicle selection screens to be 2D to massively speed up the times between races. Mirrored tracks are now available too. As far as we can tell the single-player mode will still only have the old 3D vehicle select.
