According to the blog, Qore subscribers (note: not single download users) will not only get the opportunity to participate in the Public Beta when it’s available, but can also occupy their time watching some of the cool SOCOM behind-the-scenes videos that will come exclusively with Qore.
Alternatively, there’ll be some kind of pre-order program for anyone with a disposition to paying for stuff online. No date on the beta yet, and certainly nothing announced for us Europeans.
