We exclusively revealed the presence of Savage Moon back on the 13th but had no idea what the game was about. Thankfully, today the PlayStation Blog has spilled the beans. According to the site, the game is a “frantic, action-packed tower defense game in a gritty sci-fi setting” and is due out on the PSN this Autumn.
Looks like a mix of PixelJunk Monsters and Starship Troopers to us, which automatically makes it the best game on the planet.

Awesome. I wonder if it’ll be a proper tower defense game or if it’ll be like Pixeljunk Monsters. I personally hope it’s the former.
