Split/Second Release Date

15Disney Interactive Studios have announced May 21st as the day that Split/Second releases.
The racer, developed by British-based Black Rock Studios, will also receive a new addition to its name - Split/Second: Velocity is now the full official title.
Last year’s E3 saw Split/Second: Velocity walk away with the Game Critics Award for Best Racing Game…award. With a lot of other positive media Disney are now eager to get the game into gamer’s hands with their demo tour.
We have a number of plans in place up to release and beyond, which will allow us to do this, including the Gadget Show Live in April. Ourselves and the studio at Black Rock are looking forwards to seeing the reaction.
The game is available for the PS3 and the Xbox 360.
