Scandal! Intrigue! Betrayal! No, not the latest game from David Cage, it’s the ‘Modern Warfare 2′ story. G4TV have access to an ‘internal memo’ from within Activision that says they are looking for documents regarding past, current and future projects including Modern Warfare 3.

The memo also says Activision is looking for ‘documents regarding any potential ‘spin out’ of IW,” and ‘documents regarding West and Zampella’s communications with Activision’s competitors, including but not limited to Electronic Arts.’

It may be nothing but G4TV seems to have vanished off the internet – CVG also have the story. As ever, we’ll keep you updated with the latest gossip news here at heat magazine The Sixth Axis.
