Auditorium Gets Date

Zoo Entertainment have announced a date for their music-building puzzle game. The title has been an underground hit in its free, Flash version and has been available on iPhone for some time now.

The idea is to direct streams of light into recepticles and build the music, which sounds a little weird but is genuinely one of the most interesting and well-implemented new ideas in puzzle games recently. We’ll get to see it on PSN and XBLA on the 2nd of November if Eurogamer are to be believed. Price is not yet decided for PSN but it will cost 800MSP on the XBLA which is around £7.

  1. The PR in the US had $9.99 listed as the price on PSN here.

  2. Played this before … got to stage 2 … *huff*

  3. Love this game, played the flash version and have the iPhone version. Leaves me thinking that the PS3 version will need to bring something spectacular to the table if I am to pay for it again.

  4. Will there be extra content that justifies paying for it instead of just playing the Flash-version?

    • well, yes. The Flash version isn’t even the full game, there’s an “upgrade” path there too.
I imagine it’s extra levels and features, as well as massively improved visuals and sound.

  5. I played 3 levels of the flash game just now, interesting but i don’t think i would pay more than a couple of quid.

  6. I enjoyed it but got bored very quickly which is a shame as it’s a lovely idea.

  7. Sounds really good but judging by some of the comments, I’m hoping it’s not too expensive.
