Russia has something of a reputation that if you say something you shouldn’t, you may end up in a gulag tied to a large man named Boris. So, when the official PlayStationRU Twitter account* revealed that Mass Effect 3 would be shown at this year’s VGAs, we’re assuming they know what they’re talking about.
Of course, it’s hardly a surprise that Mass Effect 3 exists in some capacity even now, undoubtedly buried deep in a top-secret server somewhere on the planet, but it is nice to at least know that it’s making a PS3 appearance. Whether or not it will release on the exact same date as its Xbox 360 counterpart (a feat that has never happened before) remains to be seen.
The, somewhat frightening (the Cyrillic alphabet has always had that affect on me), tweet states:

Google Translate informs us that this means: “Company BioWare Award for VideoGameAwards showed a teaser, in which we can see the first footage MassEffect 3.” Gee, thanks Google. We thought you were supposed to be all-powerful and omniscient or something! If our antiquated Ruskie decoder rings left over from the Cold War are still accurate, we’re pretty sure that by jumbling those words around you get “BioWare, Video Game Awards, teaser, first footage, Mass Effect 3.” Sorted.
This year’s Video Game Awards is on December 10th. We’ll be watching for anything Mass Effect 3 related. Among other things.
*At least, it looks like the official Russian PlayStation account! You never can tell these days.

i cant wait for mass effect 2 to come to PlayStation,and the inevitable release of mass effect 3 on the horizon is making it all the more sweeter for ps3 owners.now fable 3 needs to come to ps3 and i will be the most happiest man alive.
