We spoke a little about inFamous 2′s updated karmic system recently, but if you want to see it in action, you’re in luck. Posted up on the official PlayStation blog, check out Cole’s Sliding Doors dilemma as he chooses two very different paths. We also get a look at a new faction and those fancy newfangled ice powers we mentioned many moons ago.
The trailer also gives us another look at characters Nix and Kuo.

Well if you watch GTTV which is up on gametrailers.com now you can see that in one scenario you have to choose which powers you swap with your two lady superhero friends (one controls ice, one controls napalm) and once you choose you can’t change your mind.

Oh, so if you’s a bad guy, you get additional fire powers and if you’re good you get ice powers? Sounds cool, and with what looks like slightly altered story-line for either path, we actually have an incentive to choose a side. Must buy.

The carnage was fun in the first one but this is turned up to eleven with awesomeness! Can’t wait to get my mitts on this one. Graphics are looking ever-lovely too.

Having loved the first one, that’s the first trailer of the sequel where I’ve thought “Cor! I want to play that right now!” Great trailer.

I’m tempted to watch this but I think I’ve seen enough I2 spoilers. Can’t wait to play the game.
