Furthermore, Sony has also issued a reminder that BG&E is now at the correct price, down from £12.
Anyone who purchased at the incorrect price should contact the Customer Services team and the difference will be refunded to your wallet.

What an awesome week for Rock Band with that, Tubthumping and 2 Avenged Sevenfold songs. Also nice to see the missing Foo Fighters pack from the PSN outage has finally arrived, and there’s a sale on some older tracks as well!

Why should I have to contact the Customer Services Team to get my BG&E refund? Can’t they tell I bought it? Should be something they could easily be proactive about.

Apparently few people called SCEE customer Service about BG&EHD refund and they were told that it’ll be automatic. It is sad then that the chap at EU Blog is spreading misinformation. Very poor, SCEE.
