Welome to another Wednesday, another PSN Store update. This week marks the start of pre-orders for the PLAY promotion, if there were any games involved that were tickling your fancy.
We also see the single player demo of Ubisoft’s Driver: San Francisco, which races on to stores and gives you plenty of opportunity to experience the new “shift” mechanic that allows you to jump between cars (and off car transporting trucks!).
Splinter Cell Trilogy HD makes it downloadable debut, before it hits the shops and it is at that reduced price too. You can get it as a bundle or as individual games.
Elsewhere, the PS Mini we looked at earlier today, Hysteria Project 2 is available (and cheap) and Spelunker HD is live for €9.99/£7.99. On top of that, PS Plus members get a new selection of discounts added to their package.
There are also demos for Madden 12 and El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron so there’s plenty to keep your bandwidth busy.

Well, Chaos Theory also has a soundtrack by Amon Tobin so … if you had to pick one, I’d go for that.

Wow, wish i’d waited to get the MK DLC. Not a bad saving on the bundle there! a saving of £3.77 to be correct. So its better than Buy 3 get one free. Bastards!! Apart from Freddy and Rain, theres nothing on the store I want right now.

Can anyone confirm that when buying the Splinter Cell HD trilogy (not individually) do you you download each game on it’s own, ie 3 individual downloads not one massive download?

Yeah 3 individual games, also noticed the b@st@rds have upped the price, so its now cheaper to buy the bundle, so why bother with the PS+ deal, honestly, who makes this sh!t up

You can find some of the stuff like Splinter cell if you use the search function, but it’s not listed on new releases page yet, well not for me anyway.
