Not sure this is supposed to be there yet, but regardless – without fanfare or announcement, Austin Wintory’s Journey soundtrack is now on iTunes.
The only reason I’m sceptical is that everything’s got a “(1)” after it, suggesting that something’s been overwritten or renamed, and thus might be temporary. Just search for “Austin Wintory” and it’s there after a few of his other albums, with the Journey image.
There’s 18 tracks, with a price of £7.99, which is a considerably good deal.
Tracklisting – might be spoilers (although if you’ve not yet beaten Journey I don’t really want to be your friend any more anyway):
- Nascence
- The Call
- First Confluence
- Second Confluence
- Threshold
- Third Confluence
- The Road of Trials
- Fourth Confluence
- Tempations
- Descent
- Fifth Confluence
- Atonement
- Final Confluence
- The Crossing
- Reclamation
- Nadir
- Apotheosis
- I Was Born For This

I’ll wait for the listing to be corrected.
If I buy Journey Soundtrack (1) before it’s taken down and replaced by Journey Soundtrack, I might lose the ability to download it through iTunes again.
He announced it would go up on iTunes and PSN on April 10th. So this seems normal.
Cheers, Al. Purchased and about to fire it up to work to. *happy sigh*
I haven’t bought many soundtracks in the past but this is a definite and all going well i’ll get it off PSN tomorrow!
Listening to it now my ipod right now.
Bought for my sister, we’ve both respectively listened to it on her iPad 2 and my HTC Desire HD. Just such an amazing soundtrack.
