Look, I usually turn up to the podcast recording ten minutes late, with an alcoholic beverage, a snack and some vague recollection of something I told Kris I’d talk about. This week, I had none of those things.
Kris had sent a weird email asking for something to be written but it had autocorrected to become indecipherable and my assumption that he’d asked me to write the running order was incorrect. However, writing the running order led to me realising that Lewis wasn’t involved in this week’s recording. That meant we needed a quiz, quickly. So I wrote one. It’s definitely not rubbish.
[drop2]Luckily, my exceptionally well-planned running order meant that we all knew what we were talking about and when. That meant no waffling off on tangents. Oh no, I’m wrong there. It took about two minutes before we rambled off a little bit. We talked about the God of War IV rumours, Sony’s job cuts and Skyrim’s Kinect support.Dan was sitting in for Lewis and with Kev starting his playthrough of Mass Effect 3 we had some talk about that before Kris joined in with his thoughts on the series so far – he’s just started playing the first one!
We also talked about Kinect Star Wars, Halo: Fall of Reach’s graphic novel and – briefly – Dragon’s Dogma. Then we did our quiz, which was an excellent quiz, honest. Before a few questions from the listeners.
We were in a bit of a rush this week so please excuse any minor audio issues that might have slipped the net.
- You can send questions via email to podcasts[at]thesixthaxis.com.
- You can also tag your questions on Twitter with #tsacast and, provided you’re not on a private account, we’ll see them in our search each week. Finally, as usual, we’ve set up a questions thread in the forum.
This podcast features strong language, jokes in poor taste and adult themes, if you’re offended by that then we recommend that you don’t listen to it at all.
- As usual, you can grab the MP3 file here (right click to download).
- You might want to get it (when the RSS catches us) on the RSS feed, here.
- Or we’re on iTunes, when iTunes feels like updating. You can also leave us a review and subscribe there, if you want to be particularly lovely.

i just finished listening to the mass effect podcast. sorry, TSA podcast. ^_^
i’ve always shouted at bethesda games.
usually something along the lines of “you bastard”, “bloody thing” or “piece of shit”.
mostly when it crashes.
^_^
i liked the robot wars games, objectively i know they were awful, but i enjoyed them.
and the sony camera software, worse than media go? dayum. O_O
i wouldn’t know, the camera i have doesn’t have software for vista.
itunes is pretty bad too.
every time they update it the download buttons for podcasts always disappear, you have to go to the software removal option in the control panel and use the repair option.
and despite complaints about it for years it still keeps truncating the filenames of podcasts.
the warrior is still alive, he still seems to have this feud with hogan going, though i’m not sure if hogan is even aware of it.
also, he’s BLOODY MENTAL.

linked videos contain quite a bit of swearing, so NSFW, though pretty tame compared to an average TSA podcast. ^_^
