Speaking to VG, a spokesperson for the company said “the PS3 version of BioShock Infinite in North America contains a copy of the original BioShock” but that this “is not the case in UK as it’s a local promotion in North America.”
BioShock Infinite has been delayed at least once (and has seen a good number of changes to staff and structure since its announcement) with the current release expected next February. It’ll feature Move functionality across the board, but sadly only the US will get the full bundle deal.
The full Songbird edition of the game, featured here, includes a whole host of other stuff.

I don’t need it, have platinum for the first one (seriously, play it already, it’s one the greatest games ever) and also own it on Steam, but it’s still a bit frustrating to not be getting as much as the Americans.
